General Guidelines to Registering Teams at the Fall Kick-Off Classic
Registering for the North Reading Fall Kick-Off Classic is a TWO-part process. The first part is payment & team placement. The second part is submitting team rosters and medical release forms.
The first part in registering is to process the payment for the team and provide information to help determine in which division or bracket the team should be placed. We provide two options for the first part of registration for the tournament. The best option is on-line registration. If you utilize on-line registration, you will be registered immediately and will receive a confirmation email. On-line registration does require a credit card. The second option is to print out the application and mail it in with a check or credit card. A link to both on-line registration and to the printable application is on the website.
If you use the on-line registration process, please utilize the comments section to include some information that would help the Tournament Committee in placing your team. This normally would include the team’s record from the last season, team placement in the league and the number of first and second year players on the team. Any information is helpful in making the tournament competitive and enjoyable for all teams. If you use the paper application, please complete the entire form and utilize the corresponding areas to help determine the placement of the team in the tournament.
We are offering 5 different T-shirt types for sale at the tournament, but to guarantee size and types for your players, take advantage of our pre-order form.
Certified Rosters & Medical Release Forms
The second part of the registration process is submitting the team’s roster to the Tournament Director or Official Scorer. Team rosters must be certified by the league with which the team is affiliated and be supported by the League Commissioners. Rosters must be submitted along with completed & signed Medical Release forms (one for each player) at least two hours before the first game at the Official Scorers tent at Maguire Field. Registration packets will be accepted between 5:30-7:30pm the Friday evening before the tournament. Teams that do not provide certified rosters will not be allowed to play and will forfeit their registration fee.
